My Story

Keona McKnight 

My goal is to make the gym a safe, welcoming space where everyone can build confidence, feel supported, and learn to love fitness as much as I do.

I’ve been consistently in the gym since 2018, and in February 2020 I began working with my personal trainer, Sara Gustavson, who completely changed the way I viewed fitness and training. She helped me build confidence in the gym and showed me that fitness is about so much more than just physical results — it’s about discipline, mindset, strength, and feeling good about yourself.

Growing up, I was always active and involved in sports like Track, Cross Country, and Lacrosse, so movement has always been a big part of my life. Even then, stepping into the gym at first felt intimidating and overwhelming because I didn’t know where to start.

Since March 2023, I’ve been coaching and helping others build confidence in themselves both inside and outside of the gym. As a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach from Canada, my goal is to educate, support, and guide people through their fitness journey in a realistic, encouraging, and judgment-free environment.
